Many experiences problems when sending email, and need to click “Send/Receive” button to send email. The reason is that the old UMB email-server is no longer available, but the account is still active in outlook. This account can be removed in 2 ways:
1) In “Folder pane” on the left side in outlook you can right click firstname.lastname@example.org and choose “Remove email@example.com”.
2) For some method nr. 1 wont work. They can go to “File” -> “Account settings” -> “Account settings” -> highlight firstname.lastname@example.org in the list and click “Remove”.
